These pictures were taken some weeks ago when the apple tree blossoms where in all their beauty. You can see the first attempts to organic gardening in the background... I started off with radish, green peas and romaine salad. And some 20 strawberries plants offered by Alexis who found them at an Amish place. Unfortunately, the squirrels liked these young plants somehow and decided to dig them out and feast on the roots. Some 7 of them survived up to today.
